Joan Findley-Perls is the founder and owner of Inside Job, assisting individuals and business owners to declutter and organize their homes and offices, helping to bring calmness, simplicity, serenity and some efficiency to their lives.
With a BA in environmental design from the University of New Mexico, Joan has worked in a variety of fields from design and construction to event planning to Community Liaison at the American Consulate General in Frankfurt, Germany while her husband was posted there with the Department of State as a Diplomat. Joan has a practical knowledge of how things go together and what makes a space work efficiently and beautifully.
Joan has a great sensitivity for how uncomfortable it can be to have someone come into your home or business and help you look critically at your things and your habits. She enjoys helping people see those things in a new light to help facilitate the process of simplifying their surroundings and streamlining their habits to free up time and achieve more serenity in their lives.
